A couple of weeks ago I had posted a review regarding a previous order to say I was not happy as I had received a bottle of maqui berry capsules only to find half of the capsules were broken and burst. me and the partner have been taking the inner cleans for a few days. but no difference yet, was slightly baffled as we were both slightly constipated for 2 days.now i find that the 2 capsules tend to take effect the next day (still only going as normal, once or twice a day.) and yes i am drinking the 2Ltrs of water too.
